Privacy Policy

PolicyPre (“we”, “us”), operated by [Xevra / legal entity name], provides a tool that checks content against official platform policies. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Questions: [privacy@xevra.co.in].

Information we collect

• Account: your email address (via Google sign-in or magic link) and plan/credit details.
• Content you submit: the text you paste for a policy check, and the results we generate.
• Usage & billing:check metadata (platform, timestamp, token/cost usage) and, for paid plans, billing details handled by Stripe (we don’t store card numbers).

How we use it

To provide and operate the service (run checks, show history, manage credits and billing), to keep our rules in sync with official policy pages, to send transactional and policy-update emails, and to maintain security and prevent abuse.

AI processing

Content you submit is sent to our AI provider(s) to detect policy violations. We use paid API tiers configured not to train on your content. We do not sell your content.

Sub-processors

We rely on: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google Gemini / configured AI providers (content analysis). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Data retention

Checks are stored in your account history (Free plan: limited retention). When you delete your account, your profile and checks are deleted. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including the EU/UK under GDPR), you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to certain processing. Use Settings → Delete Account, or contact [privacy@xevra.co.in].

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security & international transfers

Data is encrypted in transit and protected with row-level security. Your data may be processed in regions outside your own (e.g. the US) by our sub-processors.

Children

PolicyPre is not intended for anyone under 16.

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
