These terms govern your use of PolicyPre, operated by [Xevra / legal entity name]. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

PolicyPre checks content against rules sourced from official platform policy pages and analyzed by AI, returning a pass/warn/fail assessment with references.

2. Important disclaimer — not a guarantee, not legal advice

PolicyPre’s results are informational only. They are not a guaranteethat any platform will approve, reject, or take action on your content — each platform makes its own enforcement decisions. The EU AI Act checker and all output are not legal advice; consult a qualified professional for compliance decisions. You are responsible for what you publish.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break security, scrape or resell it, or submit unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset each billing period and don’t roll over. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to content you submit. We own the PolicyPre software and brand. Platform names and policy text referenced in results belong to their respective owners; we use them descriptively to identify the applicable policies.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Xevra] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Governing law
